I just want to thank you and your staff for all of the help I received yesterday, and I do want you to know that Yolanda really was the one that helped me make the decision to come to Oakland. She was the first one to respond to my email, I received other offers from dealers in Fairfield and Antioch. If that in any way gives her some credit for the sale she deserves it, because unfortunately I missed her emails to set up an appointment and when I arrived, I didn't remember her name and Milt was the first person to see me and the rest is history.
